Well-Being Checks: Daily Social Contact

In many cases, it is important for an individual to receive daily social interaction, and in response to many requests from current SOSSignal users, we are now offering a Well-Being Check program to current and future PERS subscribers.

How It Works

Under this program, we will contact the PERS subscriber daily by telephone at a set time of his or her choosing. This call will verify that all is well with the individual and ensure that, for example, the individual has not fallen or been subject to other injury while not wearing the pendant transmitter.
 

If No One Answers...

In the event that no one answers the call at the preset calling time or in response to subsequent re-calls, the monitoring center will contact the responder(s) listed as part of the PERS program and ask them to check on the subscriber. The monitoring center will then follow up on the situation just as they would an actual alarm signal.
 

Program Cost

The Well-Being Checks option can be added to your current PERS program for only $15.00 a month for one call daily or $30.00 a month for two calls daily.
