How the SOSSignal Referral Center Meets Agency Needs
SOS has put together a team of skilled, trained staff members to meet all the needs of the hospital/agency and its PERS subscribers. First, equipment is no longer a budgetary item. Referral Center clients are provided with an unlimited supply of hardware at no charge to the hospital.
Next, we address in-home services. Our constantly expanding network of trained installers will perform installations, service calls, and pickups. The hospital/agency need only notify SOS of a request for service, and our Referral Center case managers will be on the phone to the subscriber or subscriber's family within hours to arrange it. Installations are scheduled within 72 hours, and usually sooner. Many service calls are completed within 24 hours, all others within 48 hours.
All other aspects of the SOSSignal program - billing, customer service, subscriber profile updates, annual maintenance, etc. - are included.
